As JD scales its supply chain innovation and global retail infrastructure, we need leaders who can cultivate agile, culturally intelligent teams ready to drive transformation in e-commerce, logistics, and technology.Here’s what sets this role apart: You’ll build the Academy from the ground up, partnering with senior stakeholders to align management and leadership development with JD’s strategic priorities and culture. Your work will ensure our teams worldwide can navigate complexity, foster innovation, and sustain JD’s position as a Fortune Global 50 leader. If you’re ready to leave a lasting impact on how organizations develop talent at scale, this is where you’ll thrive.Key Responsibilities:Design a scalable leadership curriculum integrating JD’s core values, culture and business transformation priorities.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify leadership gaps and tailor programs for diverse markets e.g., Asia, Europe, Middle East and Americas.Develop metrics to inform design and to assess program effectiveness, ensuring ROI through improved retention, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.Foster partnerships with external experts and institutions to incorporate global best practices in leadership development.Promote continuous learning across teams to create personalized development plans.
