Stand-Alone Senior HR AdvisorArtemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a large-scale, multi-jurisdiction and exponentially growing business in the recruitment of a Stand-Alone HR Advisor for their headquarters in County Antrim,This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Professional ready to take the next step up to HR Manager to get full autonomy across the HR remit, avail of career progression opportunities and a highly-competitive pay and benefits package.What will you receive?£36,000-42,000Company discount cardFantastic career progression opportunitiesPensionEnhanced Paternity PayModern Office EnvironmentWhat will you do?Reporting to the Director, as Stand-Alone Senior HR Advisor you will provide specialist HR Support and have full autonomy across the employee lifecycle supporting company premises located across all jurisdictions.Duties include:Act as a specialist advisor on all employee relations issues raised by area managers and employees including performance management, absence management and payroll queriesAssist area managers on recruitment and selection processes across all company premises including conducting interviews, issuing job offers and completing reference checksReview and update the company handbook to ensure optimal compliance across all jurisdictionsComplete weekly and monthly HR reports to present to the company board including payroll, recruitment and employee attendanceLiaise with payroll to notify the department of new starters, leavers and employees on paternity/maternityDeliver training to area managers on day to day employee queries and development ie. absence, recruitment and performanceLead on the implementation of new company training programs to improve employees skillset and enhance retention.What will you require?Over 2-3 years HR Generalist experienceExperienced in end to end recruitment, HR Reporting and Employee RelationsSkilled in utilising HR Systems, delivering/organising training and liaising with payrollExcellent Knowledge of NI and UK LegislationPreferable to have CIPD Level 5 or HR DegreeAccess to a car and obtained full driving licenseHow to apply?If you are an experienced HR Professional seeking a role offering full autonomy and scope for growth in the County Antrim area, send an updated CV to caitlin@, contact Caitlin Scollan on +353 857 718 904 or contact Caitlin Scollan on Linkedin to have a confidential conversation.
