Senior Social Worker (Children's)  Job Title: Senior Social Worker (Children's) CAP Contract Type: Contract Duration: agencyPay 32.71LTD inclusive of holiday pay or 25.03 PAY exclusive of holiday pay We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Homeless Intervention Team, Care Leavers service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting 16 and 17 year old young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless within the next 56 days. Job Summary: As a Senior Social Worker (Children's) CAP, you will work closely with young people, their families, and partner agencies to provide high-quality support and guidance. Your primary focus will be on assessing the needs of young people, developing plans to prevent homelessness, and providing specialist support to help them achieve positive outcomes.
