The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting 16 and 17 year old young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless within the next 56 days. Job Summary: As a Senior Social Worker (Children's) CAP, you will work closely with young people, their families, and partner agencies to provide high-quality support and guidance. Your primary focus will be on assessing the needs of young people, developing plans to prevent homelessness, and providing specialist support to help them achieve positive outcomes.
