Role Description: Denholm Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Marine Division , supporting ongoing operations within a major client contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the commercial management of one of the UKs most high-profile industrial programmes. Reports to: Project Director Responsibilities: Overseeing all commercial functions across the contract, from initial instruction to final account. Handling job costing, forecasting, cost control, and accurate reporting. Managing variations and commercial risks to ensure full compliance with contractual and business requirements. Providing clear and timely reporting to support monthly management accounts and site performance reviews. Supporting operational teams by ensuring accurate, transparent commercial data and cost reporting throughout project delivery.
