This role is pivotal in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance performance and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping organisational culture, supporting talent strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs. Day-to-day of the role: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support organisational success. Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to build a high-performing team. Oversee recruitment decisions to ensure alignment with the companys values and strategy. Employee Relations: Offer guidance on employee issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency. Change Management: Work with leaders to manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee engagement during transformation initiatives. Performance Management: Facilitate the performance review and feedback process, aiding managers in setting goals, providing coaching, and developing team capabilities. Policy & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations, and reflect the companys values. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Champion an inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that support diversity and employee engagement. HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyse HR data and trends to inform business decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong understanding of all HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of acting as a coach for senior personnel and partners in the company. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
