SEN Teaching Assistant - Harrow Start Date: September 2025 Are you a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs? SEN TA Role: Location: Harrow, London Start: September 2025 Contract: Full-time and part-time positions available Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience) Requirements: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain before starting) As an SEN TA, you will: Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external specialists to support progress SEN TA Requirements Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and resilience If you are committed to supporting children with SEN and want to join a nurturing school community in Harrow, we would love to hear from you.
