This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of experience who is committed to making a meaningful impact.Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates on sponsorship or those seeking 20-hour contracts, as these arrangements do not meet the needs of the home.What We Offer£12.21 per hour Contracted to 40.25 hours per week Paid DBS, pension scheme, free uniform and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Ongoing training and career progression within a supportive teamYour RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day routines, always promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will follow individual care plans, provide emotional and social support, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Working closely with nurses, housekeepers and fellow carers, you will play a vital role in ensuring each resident feels respected, heard and cared for.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Care Assistant. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, along with a genuine passion for care and a commitment to delivering a high standard of support.
