Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider headquartered in North London, with a network of retail locations across the UK. We are currently recruiting for a numerate Billings Administrator to provide support to the billing team.This position would suit a Billings Administrator with strong numeracy and customer services skills. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in an administrative role and have strong IT skills to be considered for this role.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the billing teamEnsure a seamless billing process for new customers and service connectionsHandle incoming queries via phone and emailRespond to and resolve billing enquiries promptly and effectivelySupport billing and mobile/telecoms processesAssist with packaging and shipping of client parcelsEscalate issues where appropriate to ensure swift resolutionAssist with processing payments and account balancesCarry out ad hoc administrative duties and projects as requiredSkills & Attributes Required:High attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communicationFlexible, proactive, and collaborative team playerProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and formattingPrevious experience in an administrative or billing environment is advantageousThis is an excellent opportunity for a Billings Administrator eager to advance their career within a thriving company.
