This role is perfect for someone interested in decoding complex datasets, spotting opportunities, and directly influencing sales performance in the field.About the Role:You’ll take ownership of the data collected by the company’s nationwide field sales team and turn this into insights to drive commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include:Cleansing, integrating, and maintaining high volumes of data collected daily from stores across Great Britain.Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards to track and improve sales performance across multiple channels.Making recommendations to optimise territories, routes, and in-store interventions to deliver maximum impact at shelf.Managing data quality across applications and outlet universes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.The Ideal Candidate:Has experience in a data or analytics role within an FMCG company.Is confident in at least one of SQL, Python, or R.Has an analytical mindset with confidence presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.Thrives in a collaborative, sociable environment and enjoys working at pace to deliver impact.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class consumer brand in a role where your insights directly shape what happens in store.
