We specialise in looking after females who are predominantly under part 3 of the mental health act and who are involved within the criminal justice pathway in some form. Supporting service users between the ages of 18 - 65, who have mixed presentations of thought, mood and personality disorders. As part of the management team, you will work with colleagues and senior leaders to lead your team and support our CQC requirements. Main duties of the jobTo be responsible for the management and leadership of a team of health professionals providing care over a 24-hour period. To provide effective leadership and management to staff which promotes high performance standards both individually and as a team. Expected to lead the ward team in providing high quality, compassionate nursing care and will be able to demonstrate this through compliance with performance outcomes. The ward has an MDT that includes nursing team, OT, social workers, psychiatrists, physiotherapists and physical health nurses.
