As the Analytical Development Team Lead, you will oversee all method development, validation, and transfer across the siteYour responsibilities as an Analytical Development Team Lead would be to: Plan and lead the analytical method transfer both internally and externally to contract organisations. Hire, Mentor, and Manage a grow team of Scientists and Research Associate Provide SME level expertise in the development of HPLC/LCMS methods Lead method transfer activities to external GMP sitesThe Successful Analytical Development Team Lead will have: Hold a minimum BSc in relevant subject Has a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience developing LCMS/HPLC methods forbiologic products Track record of developing, validating and transferring analytical methodsHPLC | LCMS | Electrophoresis | Analytical Testing | qPCR | ddPCR | Analysis | Method Development | Method Transfer | Mass Spectroscopy | RT-qPCR | Molecular Biology | Biochemistry
