Leverage Finance Lawyer – 6+ Month Contract | Prestigious Silver Circle Firm | LondonLAW Absolute is partnering with a prestigious Silver Circle law firm seeking an exceptional Leverage Finance Lawyer to join their highly ranked Banking & Finance team on a 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, high-calibre finance practice working on market-leading matters across the full spectrum of leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, and debt restructurings. The firm’s client base includes top-tier investment banks, private equity houses, institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers.You will work on:Leveraged acquisition finance and sponsor-backed deals Bilateral and syndicated lending, investment grade and sub-investment grade Debt restructurings and special situations Cross-border financings and complex capital structuresRequirements:A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance, with a strong emphasis on leveraged finance Experience gained at a leading City, Silver Circle, or international law firm Strong deal management skills and the ability to hit the ground running Immediate or short notice availabilityYou will be joining a collaborative, supportive and commercially astute team within a global platform, offering exposure to headline transactions and sophisticated clients.Location: London Duration: 6 months (with strong likelihood of extension) Start Date: ASAPIf you’re a high-performing finance lawyer looking for your next challenge at a top-tier firm, we’d love to hear from you.Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
