Us HENI is an international arts technology business working with leading artists and estates across publishing, printmaking, digital, film, and art research.We utilise cutting edge technology and focus on the individual artist and their work, offering art services including printing and reproduction, digital management, events, mounting, logistics, fine art photography, an online art trading platform, and cryptoart using our NFT ecosystem.Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee comprehensive warehouse operations, shipping coordination, and logistics management for high-value goods.The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, meticulous stock control, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure secure and efficient operations across warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management.This role will be based predominantly at the warehouse in South East London.Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and packing of high-value inventory Maintain precise inventory accuracy through systematic stock control and regular audits Implement robust security procedures for high-value goods handling and storage Optimise warehouse layout and workflows to maximise efficiencyShipping & Distribution Manage end-to-end shipping operations including carrier relationships and service level agreements Coordinate delivery scheduling, dispatch operations, and shipment tracking Ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely dispatch of goods Handle shipping documentation, customs requirements, and regulatory complianceLogistics & Inventory Management Take full responsibility for comprehensive inventory management across all product lines Develop and maintain logistics strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to balance inventory levels Monitor performance metrics across warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areasTeam Leadership & Safety Lead and develop warehouse operatives Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations Create schedules and manage staffing to meet operational demands Foster a culture of accuracy, security, and continuous improvementEssential Requirements Experience Minimum 5 years senior warehouse and logistics management experience Proven experience handling high-value goods and security protocols Strong background in stock control and inventory management systems Experience with warehouse management systems Team leadership and people management experienceSkills & Competencies Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Advanced knowledge of inventory management and security best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy Forklift license and equipment certificationsPersonal Attributes Highly organised and systematic approach Strong integrity and security-conscious mindset Results-oriented with focus on continuous improvement Adaptable in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsWorking Conditions Full-time permanent position Warehouse environment in South East London with security requirements for high-value goods Some weekend and evening work during peak periods Physical demands include walking, standing, and occasional liftingCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Private Medical Insurance & Life Assurance Professional development opportunities
