You'll be the glue that holds key compliance functions together — from Health & Safety accreditations to quality audits, document control, and vehicle fleet oversight. If you're detail-oriented, confident with compliance systems, and ready to be part of a company with long-term development potential — we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Administration Oversee employees scheme documentation and compliance tracking Manage ECS card renewals, test bookings, and sub-contractor compliance Maintain up-to-date Health & Safety accreditations Prepare pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) for tender submissions Arrange occupational health assessments and employee training Control PPE and uniform stock levels and ensure continuous supply Manage equipment calibration records and oversee fleet logistics Conduct comprehensive office inductions and H&S onboarding for new starters Serve as the appointed First Aider and Mental Health First Aider for the office Quality Assurance & ISO Compliance Maintain ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) documentation Support and host internal and external audits, ensuring full readiness and action tracking Project Document Control & Design Team Support Set up and manage project documentation via platforms like SharePoint and Dropbox Administer user permissions, workflows, naming conventions, and file compliance Maintain traceability of all project documents from start to finish Manage and update company templates, forms, and documentation standardsWhat We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Strong administrative background with document control experience Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook) Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditing Able to work independently, multi-task and take initiative Great communication skills — both written and verbal Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across functions Desirable: Previous experience in a similar roleWhy This Role?
