Job Title: Shift Manager - Chemical Manufacturing Location: Norfolk Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shifts Reports to: Plant Manager / Operations ManagerAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to take overall responsibility for plant operations during shift hours at our highly regulated chemical manufacturing facility. You will lead all aspects of production, site safety, and compliance, ensuring that targets are met without compromising health, safety, or environmental standards.
