As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent Develop and manage the candidate pipeline Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events Screen CV’s and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone and in-person interviews Ensure a positive candidate experience Extend job offers and negotiate compensation Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities through our ATS.
