This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intimate environment and is eager to take charge of our wine selection, ensuring it remains both refined and refreshing.#### Key Responsibilities:- Wine Selection Management: Have complete control over the wine list, ensuring it remains innovative, seasonal, and aligns with our brands ethos.- Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and manage a small team, fostering a positive work environment where everyone is driven to exceed guest expectations.- Sales & Marketing: Utilize strong marketing and social media skills to enhance the venues presence, drive sales, and implement effective upselling strategies.- Guest Experience: Ensure all guests have a memorable evening by providing exceptional service, personalized touches, and a genuine, warm welcome.- Administration & Training: Handle basic administrative duties with the opportunity to receive full training.
