Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Executive with a passion for manufacturing, product marketing, and brand development. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will help bring our products to market, support sales growth, and strengthen Camdens reputation within the building products industry. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns to promote Camdens product range and brand within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Develop engaging product-focused content for brochures, technical datasheets, digital platforms, and trade advertising. Manage the company website and ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search. Support the planning and delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, factory tours, and customer events. Work closely with the sales team to produce targeted marketing materials for trade customers. Coordinate photography, videography, and design work to showcase product quality and manufacturing capabilities. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support new product development and positioning. Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports for management. Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and printers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Essential Criteria Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or a B2B environment. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing methods Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to translate technical product details into engaging customer-focused content. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools desirable. Strong project management and organisational skills. Desirable Criteria Experience producing marketing materials for trade/distributor networks. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and website CMS management. Photography/videography skills for product and factory-based content. Personal Attributes Commercially minded with an understanding of manufacturing and product lifecycles. Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
