The Garrick Bar in Belfast City Centre is looking to recruit Full Time & Part Time Bar Tenders (minimum of 2 shifts per week)Applicants must have a least 1 year''s recent bar experience & experience in serving food.Successful applicants must be flexible and available to work evenings & weekendsA CV must be submitted showing relevant experience including reference contact detailsResponsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner- Take orders and serve beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards- Prepare and serve food items as needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operationsRequirements:- Previous experience in hospitality or bartending is preferred but not required- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plusThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
