Client activities sessions are designed to meet the requirements of each Clients Care Support Plan, our Day Service contracts, funded programmes and the Care Act. Activities are held both on site and in the community, in line with our Day Service contract requirements.We deliver a varied programme of activities weekly. Clients choose their activities to meet the needs set out in their Care & Support Plans. All activities are designed in a Person-Centred Approach. This enables us to create a bespoke programme for each person.
