We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to elevate our brand visibility, expand our digital presence, and unlock new growth channelsstarting from day one. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, executing advanced digital marketing strategies, and driving growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, managing marketplace accounts, and delivering measurable business outcomes. With a strong presence on platforms like Amazon, B&Q, and eBay, we aim to deliver a seamless and sophisticated shopping journey for our customers.Our flagship brand, CosmoGrill , launched in 2016, has quickly become a leading name in the UK for charcoal and gas barbecues. Building on this success, we have expanded into the home and office market, offering a diverse range of products to meet evolving customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Campaign Ownership Lead the full-funnel marketing strategy across both EVRE and CosmoGrill. Plan and deliver seasonal and always-on campaigns across key digital channels. Own the marketing calendar with a clear focus on engagement and performance. Digital Marketing & Google Suite Tools Manage and optimise campaigns through Google Ads, Shopping, Merchant Centre, and Analytics. Use performance insights to make data-driven decisions and drive qualified traffic. Work closely with the e-commerce team to align paid traffic with stock levels and promotional timelines. SEO & Organic Growth Lead SEO improvements across all key product categories and landing pages. Conduct competitor and keyword analysis to expand organic reach and search visibility. Social Media & Content Strategy Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. Launch creative campaigns that build brand affinity and support key product launches. Engage micro-influencers and ambassadors to build community and brand trust. Creative Direction Oversee the production of brand assets, lifestyle imagery, ad creatives, and banners. Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all customer-facing content. Coordinate with internal creatives or freelance designers when needed. Marketplace Marketing Support Enhance listings and brand content across Amazon, B&Q, Wayfair, eBay, and other marketplaces. Align marketplace messaging with wider brand campaigns and promotions. Performance & Reporting Monitor campaign KPIs across channels and report weekly/monthly on key metrics. Use insights to optimise spend, test creatives, and improve ROI. Track and share learnings to inform future campaigns and strategies. Customer Engagement and Support Develop customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs. Monitor and address customer reviews to improve conversions and resolve issues. Occassionally, respond to customer messages on various marketplaces to support the team. Occassionally, perform order processing on Linnworks to support the team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. A hands-on, experienced marketer with 3+ years in a marketing management or leadership role , ideally in e-commerce or retail In-depth knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and Google Suite tools. Creative yet data-driven, with a focus on measurable impact. Experienced in social media management, brand storytelling, and content planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments. Comfortable managing freelancers, external partners, or content creators when needed. Bonus if You Have Experience in the home, garden, or lifestyle/furniture sector Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace advertising tools (e.g. Amazon Ads, B&Q Citrus) Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or another email marketing platform Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid or front-end customisation (not essential) Application Process: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes along with a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and skills.
