JOB OPPORTUNITY Based in Lisburn, PWS provide geotechnical and ground engineering services to the construction industry, operating throughout Ireland and mainland Britain. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at various sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties Supervise daily site operations and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and safely. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections of the site. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, incidents, and equipment usage. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a relevant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to the industry is essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
