About the Role Were looking for a strategic and commercially minded B2B Email Campaign Coordinator to help drive growth across high-volume accommodation sectors, including PBSA, BTR, boutique hotels and care environments. This is a specialist role focused on B2B email campaigns and managing lead generation workflows.Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, youll take the lead on creating, managing, and optimising outbound email campaigns designed to engage, nurture, and qualify prospects. Your work will play a key role in generating high-quality business leads with long-term potential.Were looking for someone who can combine outreach automation expertise with commercial awareness and CRM discipline. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and execute targeted campaigns aimed at decision-makers in contract furniture sectors. Create prospecting workflows and automations that align with our B2B outreach strategy. Collaborate with Commercial Sales Manager to ensure seamless lead qualification and hand-off. Manage and track campaign performance, lead stages, and CRM hygiene. Conduct supplementary outreach via LinkedIn and phone where needed. Continuously monitor and optimise email performance metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. Research new business opportunities and maintain accurate records of outreach activity and progress. What We''re Looking For Proven experience managing B2B email campaigns, ideally in Klaviyo or a similar platform with a strong working knowledge of Pipedrive or comparable CRM systems. 3+ years experience in a lead generation, outreach or campaign coordination role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to capture attention without sounding generic or pushy. Must have a proactive and self-directed approach, able to manage your own time and focus on high-impact tasks. Experience in furniture, interiors, high-end retail, or commercial property sectors is a strong plus. A high standard of computer literacy and a sharp eye for detail is expected.
