An exciting new role for a Treatment Co-ordinator has come up within our practice. We are a multi disciplinary practice with a fresh outlook towards customer service. The role is a fantastic opportunity for a peoples person to take over a customer relations link between our clinical staff and our patients.Ideally the role is for a trained dental treatment coordinator but we are willing to consider applicants from a non-dental background as full training will be provided. We will invest in the right candidate in terms of training, attending courses and career progression.You will be responsible for ensuring the structure of the patient consultation, explaining treatments to patients and ultimately selling high end cosmetic dental treatment plans.The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI''s, with a minimum of 1 year sales experience required. Due to the nature of the role you should have an inbuilt drive for success and excellence.Other aspects of the role include, but aren''t limited to;- New patient journey- Treatment presentation- Discussing treatment plans with existing patients- Recording daily diagnosed and accepted figures- Following up outstanding treatment- Conducting free consultations- Reception duties- Ensuring the smooth running of the practice Achieving the month on month sales targets in respect of revenue and margin on the sale Achieving the month on month consult conversion rates- minimum 60% Maintaining the required diary space to accommodate the required monthly consultation slots Production of a weekly sales report Driving patient referrals into the practice through excellent service and recommendation of existing patientsApply today!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: 26,000.00-40,000.00 per yearAdditional pay: Bonus scheme Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonusExperience: dental treatment coordinating: 1 year (required) sales : 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
