Job Summary We are looking for people who are passionate about quality with a real attention to detail to join our team in Wellingborough. We produce a range of award winning cakes, tray bakes and brownies.We are looking for people who have a passion for cakes and has great attention to detail.If you would like to be part of the team and building this new brand please consider the key skills you will need detailed below before applying. Shift 6am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Work within quality targets ensuring packing safety and meeting the quality targets. Be accurate and attention to detail in all you do. Support and work as a key team member Adhere to company policies relating to Health and Safety when reporting accidents or near miss incidents and have a general awareness for Health and Safety in the workplace. Build and maintain good relations with colleagues across the company and display appropriate behaviour to any visitors on site. Comply with company policies and procedures and participate in any training offered throughout employment. To maintain high standards of personal hygiene and housekeeping at all times.
