We are seeking a Production Operative to join their growing team. This role involves building and assembling a range of products tailored to customerrequirements, ensuring quality and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Day-to-day of the role:Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings and understand the job file system. Training will be provided. Work within strict deadlines with close attention to detail. Use air/powered hand tools and work with the manufacture of aluminium products. Adhere to all health and safety processes and procedures. Prepare materials, assemble, apply final finishes, and pack products ensuring quality is maintained throughout. Assist with installations and recertifications on site as required by your manager. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance. Perform any other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by your manager.
