Direct message the job poster from B-Better We are a small London-based education company specialising in dance in schools and public dance courses for all ages. We are expanding our service to onboard more schools and create more opportunities for the general public to attend our dance courses. We are looking for a marketing and social media lead to grow with us. Somebody who energetically gels with the core team and company ethos. The role will be a part time basis, though certain times of year may be more intensive than others. A successful applicant should be able to: Create short form video (up to 3 per week) Present class clips, teacher footage, testimonials and other company insights in a palatable, interesting way to the public Plan campaigns to advertise our courses across different platforms Make marketing material for schools Have confidence in email marketing (Mailchimp etc.) Be comfortable working around children and young people Be able to provide 2 professional references Must-Have Skills Fast vertical video production (capture/edit), clear copy for parents/schools, basic GA4/UTMs, Mailchimp, light paid social. Comfort operating around minors and school contexts; willing to obtain DBS. Organised, proactive; can propose ideas and follow a brief; fluent across IG/FB/YT/TT. Nice-to-Haves Blog/case study writing; basic design/motion; experience with education or performing arts Be a 'people person' with admirable social skills Application process In your response to this post please: Send portfolio links to your work.
