They provide a 9-5 seven day a week service, with one CNS on each day of the weekend. This will be signed by the Clinical Director and will be effective from the commencement date of the appointment. The Job Plan for the first three months will be agreed between you and the Directorate. The Job Plan will then be reviewed annually, following the Appraisal Meeting.
