This is your opportunity to join ourgrowing Executive Search team.You’ll work on senior mandates across senior marketing, digital, and commercial roles while building a market-leading candidate network. What You’ll Do: Build and manage deep networks of senior talent in marketing and sales Run executive-level search projects, including retained and exclusive work Deliver market mapping and competitor analysis Manage complex negotiations with clients and candidates Contribute to thought leadership, insights, and market commentary Collaborate with our team to smash both individual and team targets Champion the 3Search brand with pride and integrity Why Now? 2024 was ourstrongest year ever , even outperforming our record-breaking 2022.
