As our Senior National Account Manager, you will: • Lead and grow our biggest grocery retail accounts – starting with Sainsbury’s • Own JBP delivery and commercial strategy across Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, Ocado • Deliver revenue, margin and distribution growth across branded and private label portfolios • Influence category strategy through data, insight and joint planning sessions • Collaborate with NPD, marketing, supply chain and ops to bring new products to life • Deliver flawless execution both in store and online • Build senior-level customer relationships and influence beyond the buyer • Act as the go-to for customer performance, driving insight-led decision making internally and externally • Shape the future of the commercial team, with leadership potential as we scale The skillset. • Proven experience managing top grocery multiples as a National or SNAM • Deep understanding of retail commercials, promo strategy and negotiation • Comfortable with data – from EPOS and ROI analysis to forecasts and sell-ins • Experienced across branded and private label, and confident managing both • Strong communicator, credible at senior level and hands-on in delivery • Background in functional drinks, wellness, health or FMCG preferred • Resilient, focused, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment The person. • Commercially driven and obsessed with execution • Insight-led and strategic, with a high attention to detail • Energetic, ambitious and motivated by ownership • Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives on growth and change • Clear communicator who brings energy and edge to every room The benefits. • High-impact role with ownership over key grocery accounts • Work closely with senior leadership in a fast-scaling, mission-led team • Generous employee discount across our full product range • Join a business where quality, ownership and momentum drive everything we do Bring the commercial edge.
