We are committed to professionalism, reliability, and full compliance with industry standards, especially TR19 Grease.*Job Overview*We are seeking a *dedicated and experienced Supervisor* to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess *strong leadership skills* and a *proven ability to manage and supervise staff effectively*. This role is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.The Supervisor will be responsible for *overseeing daily activities, fostering a positive work environment*, and *driving team performance*, while also working hands-on in the field on kitchen extract and ventilation cleaning tasks in line with TR19 Grease standards.*Key Responsibilities** Supervise and manage ductwork cleaning operatives on-site* Perform kitchen extract and ventilation duct cleaning* Ensure all work meets TR19 Grease specification* Complete cleaning reports and job documentation* Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness on site* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations*Essential Requirements** *Full UK Clean driving licence** Proven *experience in a supervisory role* managing teams within the ventilation industry* Previous experience in *Grease ductwork ventilation cleaning** Experience completing reports to TR19 Grease specification* TR19 Grease Hygiene Training Certificate (or similar)* Strong organisational and communication skills* Proactive and confident decision-maker* Comfortable working at height and performing physical tasks* Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required* Flexible with working hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)*Desirable (Not Essential):** CSCS Card* Asbestos Awareness Certificate*What We Offer** *£14.75 per hour. ** *Minimum 40 hours (paid) guaranteed per week *(based on a standard 5-day working week).* Company Van* All night shifts and works away from home will be subject to a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours' pay per shift, inclusive of travel time.* £25 daily tax-free meal allowance for overnight stays* 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)* Hotel accommodation provided (shared rooms with colleagues)* Weekly pay (every Friday, one week in arrears)* Paid for daily travel time* Six-month probation period* Long-term opportunity within a professional and supportive company*To Apply*Submit your CV including:* Your *driving licence number** Details of your *supervisory and ductwork cleaning experience** Proof of *TR19 Grease Hygiene Training Certificate or similar Certificate**Applications without this information will not be considered.*Job Type: Full-timePay: £14.75 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 45 per weekBenefits:* Company carLicence/Certification:* Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person
