Your responsibilities: Service standards: ● Deputise in the absence of the Front of House Manager. ● Ensure you support the Membership community whilst providing a professional and friendly service throughout the House. ● Work closely with the Head Housekeeper and Chief Engineer to ensure standards in the House are maintained. ● Ensure guests are handled in a courteous and helpful manner. ● Encourage and respond to guest feedback. ● Maintain the confidentiality and security of all visitors and their guests. Team management: ● To assist with team management and development whilst promoting a professional image with a caring and helpful attitude to ensure consistent and continual high service standards. ● Develop your team and hold appraisals on Open Blend at least once per quarter. Business development: ● Share ideas that may enable the achievement and surpassing of financial targets. Budget control: ● Effectively manage our people systems (such as Fourth) and ensure rotas are kept up to date according to business levels. ● Ensure accurate financial reporting, including bedroom revenue management, rate yielding, forecasting and sales opportunities. ● Manage daily accounting, cash handling and credit procedures, ensuring the team adhere to them at all times.
