This is a high-impact role within an established global consultancy that partners with some of the world’s biggest FMCG brands. If you're excited by the challenge of building relationships, shaping strategy, and driving innovation forward – this could be your next move.What you’ll be doing:Driving outbound business development across UK and global marketsLeading consultative client conversations - understanding challenges and shaping research-led solutionsBuilding Business Development strategies and executing targeted outreachCollaborating with internal stakeholders to align commercial goals with delivery capabilitiesCoaching and mentoring junior colleagues with commercial potentialOwning KPIs around meetings, outreach and new revenue generationWhat you bring:5+experience in commercial or client-facing roles within research, insight or innovationStrong grasp of primary research - qual and quant - with the ability to advise on methodologiesConfidence interrogating client objectives and translating them into tailored proposalsA curious, intelligent and proactive mindset - someone who reads, asks, learns and thinks aheadHunter instincts: you enjoy outreach, relationship building and getting in front of new clientsExperience supporting or mentoring others, even if you haven’t formally led a teamYou’ll thrive here if you’re naturally commercial, solutions-focused, and energised by the momentum of securing meetings and unlocking new briefs.
