You’ll be the connector between your team and the Wiser Academy crew, helping your squad stay on track and hit their goals while owning your own creative tasks too.Here’s what you’ll get up to:- Attend both a virtual and in-person training day (at our London HQ with our very own rainforest… yes, really)- Represent brands on campus through monthly tasks (think TikToks, on-campus events, LinkedIn content and creative campaigns)- Become an expert on each client and relevant industry knowledge, able to adequately answer team queries- Set up regular check-ins and team huddles, fostering a sense of community and togetherness. Motivate your team, celebrate wins and create standout moments- Lead bonus team activities (a campus treasure hunt? Group video takeover?
