platform, and cryptoart using our NFT ecosystem.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee comprehensive warehouse operations, shipping coordination, and logistics management for high-value goods.The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, meticulous stock control, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure secure and efficient operations across warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management.This role will be based predominantly at the warehouse in South East London.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse OperationsOversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and packing of high-value inventoryMaintain precise inventory accuracy through systematic stock control and regular auditsImplement robust security procedures for high-value goods handling and storageOptimise warehouse layout and workflows to maximise efficiencyShipping & DistributionManage end-to-end shipping operations including carrier relationships and service level agreementsCoordinate delivery scheduling, dispatch operations, and shipment trackingEnsure accurate order fulfilment and timely dispatch of goodsHandle shipping documentation, customs requirements, and regulatory complianceLogistics & Inventory ManagementTake full responsibility for comprehensive inventory management across all product linesDevelop and maintain logistics strategies to optimise supply chain efficiencyCoordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to balance inventory levelsMonitor performance metrics across warehouse, shipping, and logistics operationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areasLead and develop warehouse operativesEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulationsCreate schedules and manage staffing to meet operational demandsFoster a culture of accuracy, security, and continuous improvementExperienceMinimum 5 years senior warehouse and logistics management experienceProven experience handling high-value goods and security protocolsStrong background in stock control and inventory management systemsExperience with warehouse management systemsTeam leadership and people management experienceExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of inventory management and security best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work under pressure while maintaining accuracyForklift license and equipment certificationsPersonal AttributesHighly organised and systematic approachStrong integrity
