They pride themselves on securing much of their work through repeat business, as clients prefer to return for future projects rather than relying solely on open tendering with aggressive pricing strategies. The business has plans to grow to a £50m turnover over the next 3 years, supported by their bank balance, client list, and capability.Role as a Contracts Manager: As a Contracts Manager, your role will focus on pre-contract and post-contract activities, managing projects from securing to completion. Strong management and operational skills, along with technical knowledge from an engineering background, are essential. Significant experience in a similar role within a rival business is required. You will report directly to the MD, with potential to progress to Construction Director.About the Opportunity: The company seeks a Contracts Manager to support their growing workload, primarily around London. Experience with rival concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors is crucial. The business continues to grow year on year.Salary & Benefits: Packages are tailored based on experience, typically ranging from £110,000 to £130,000 annually.
