Location: Various sites across Kent Hours : 35 hours per week (shift pattern includes early starts from 5am and late finishes up to 8pm, weekend work required) Licence Requirement: UK Manual Driving LicenceNorth Kent Cleaning Services is a rapidly expanding company and we are excited to offer an opportunity for a full time cleaning supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry who enjoys leading a team and maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities: - supervise cleaning staff to ensure high quality standards are consistently met across sites- allocate daily cleaning tasks per site as applicable- arrange cover for holiday and sickness- train both new and existing team members- conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance and performance- build and maintain strong relationships with clients- undertake deep cleans as required- cover the cleaning side when required- perform other relevant duties as required Candidate Requirements :- proven experience in a cleaning supervisor role- valid UK manual driving licence- knowledge of COSHH regulations- strong customer service and communication skills- a positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn- ability to lead a team effectively and also work independentlyWhat we Offer:- company vehicle and fuel card for use during working hours- company mobile phone- full uniform and PPE provided where applicable- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)- company pension schemeJob Type: Full-timePay: 15.51 per hourExpected hours: No less than 35 per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availabilityExperience: cleaning supervisory: 1 year (required)Language: English (preferred)Licence/Certification: UK manual driving licence (required)Work Location: On the road
