The role will focus on providing personalised support to enhance his independence, daily structure, well- being, community engagement and supporting with rehab therapies. You will need to drive the client to appointments, school, activities therefore, driving licence is essential. Hours: 07:00 21:00 Monday to Sunday (alternate weekends are required). Pay: Monday Friday - 241.00 Saturday - 259.00 Sunday - 280.00 Responsibilities Following personalised support plans and risk assessments Assist individuals in accessing community to improve their quality of life. Support individuals in setting and achieving their personal goals. Provide guidance and support to the client, ensuring best practices and a person-centered approach. Assist with medication management and help service users attend health appointments. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all support provided, maintaining professional and respectful documentation. Experience We are looking for supportive, patient and committed team members to provide the care throughout the day. The ideal candidates will need to have experience in working with SI clients (paediatric experience), active, attention to detail and have a can-do attitude. Training & Background Checks An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
