Our success and expansion is down to our three pillars of quality, service, and integrity.Encore Packaging Solutions print and manufacture solid board packaging for the Food, Retail and Luxury Goods markets and have built a growing reputation on supplying our customers with quality products matched by exceptional customer service.Our aim is to provide a quality product to the individual requirements of our customers, to specification and on time, every time.Find out more about our business at www.theencoregroup.co.uk Duties & Responsibilities of Folder Gluer Operator: Setting up and running straight line glue jobs, 4/6 corner and crash lock boxes manufactured from corrugated and / or folding carton board Achieve daily production plan Comply with company processes and procedures Achieve daily, monthly and annual targets for the team, KPIs and OEE Maintain a high level of housekeeping Passing of own work Work with a flexible approach and when required assist with other processes in the factory Comply will all company health and safety procedures_ Full training will be provided on running the Bobst Folder Gluer machine. _This role would suit a driven individual with the below skills: Preferred: Good problem-solving skills, whilst working under pressure Experience of working as a team Essential: Flexibility and enthusiasm to all tasks Effective communication skills Job Details & Benefits: Permanent, full time position Hours of work consist of rotating 3 x 12 hour shifts per week (explained at interview) Annual Quality Bonus Contributory Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Scheme Non-contributory life insurance scheme Employee Assistance Programme This position is based at North West Industrial Estate in Peterlee; please ensure that you are able to get to this site before applying.
