The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. As a Valeter, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and time efficiency of the Valets, assisting customers and establishing good communication at all times. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide assistance with what their needs are. Direct vehicles to appropriate bays while ensuring efficient use of space. Monitor the area to ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols. Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns regarding valet services. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including litter picking and cleaning surfaces as needed. Report any issues or incidents to management promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Skills Previous experience not required in cleaning cars however an eye for detail is needed Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to assist others, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all.
