They are major players in the software, hardware, and cloud computing industries.We are looking for a Progress Coordinator, to chase through Production the appropriate mix of products to meet the production schedule. The role involves doing daily stock counts and prevent stock inaccuracies, ensuring details are available for production meetings. We are proud of our diverse and talented workforce.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Progress Coordinator to join our Work Preparation team and contribute to our mission of excellence in ensuring an adequate and reliable flow within our factory. Job Description: As a Progress Coordinator you will play a key role in driving the success of the department. Your responsibilities will include: Chase key products through the factory - Ensuring top level production orders are progressing though the shop floor at appropriate timing to ensure they get to paint at the appropriate time slot. Liaising with Production Control and Internal Logistics departments, to ensure the plan is accurate. Stock check key parts and ensure confirmations are being done Complete weekly stock check done on all parts that are on a stock profile to ensure levels are in line with SAP requirements Ensuring that information is passed to stock accuracy, so they are informed to do appropriate updates and/or investigation if necessary. Ensure correct materials being used to prevent stock inaccuracies Ensuring the daily WIP report is not increasing and using these numbers to ensure that correct materials are being used Daily situation reporting Qualifications and experience: We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. To be successful in this role, you should have: GCSE Math and English Manufacturing experience Planning concepts Communication Skills Time management Willingness to learn.
