In your role you will be responsible for ensuring that external windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard via cradle, reach and wash and traditional methods. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, great communication skills and a can do attitude.Duties: Possess the ability to carry out scheduled works each day to the highest of standards Cleaning of external windows and frames using appropriate cleaning methods Ability to carry out duties via rope access method, cradle, reach and wash and traditional cleaning methods Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed while working at heights Communicate with clients, customers and head office in a clear and concise manner Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns in a timely manner Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor Adhere to company policies and guidelines for window cleaning proceduresRequirements: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring repetitive motions, lifting, and working at heights Ability to work independently or as part of a team Have a tenacious can do attitudeNote: This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements.
