Your Role Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members. Respond quickly and effectively in emergencies, providing first aid when required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool and surrounding areas. Communicate clearly and professionally with members and colleagues. Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations . What Were Looking For C andidates interested in lifeguarding. NPLQ certification is preferred but not essential We will provide training for those who are the right fit for our team. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
