The job will require you to: Lead by example in all aspects of the role, including promoting the correct workplace behaviours Be proactive in finding solutions Ideally, have a minimum of 5 years of on-the-job experience setting and operating cold roll-forming lines, but not essential Ideally, have worked with a range of metals including pre-coated steel and aluminium Previous experience with CNC guillotines, brake-press and metal-folding machines advantageous but not essential Be able to read and produce to fabrication drawings and determine the correct tooling (or be open to the idea of learning) Work to tight tolerances + defined QA processes, using micrometres, gauges and other precision-instruments (training will be provided) Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Perform basic maintenance on machines to keep them in good working order Other job requirements: Fork-lift license Sideloader license advantageous but not essential An attention to detail and excellent time keeping Ability to use hand tools for adjustments and repairs Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations Can work alone or as part of a team Drivers license preferable First Aider & Fire-Marshall certification preferable but not essentialSalary subject to experience and skill setJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 30,750.00-34,000.00 per yearBenefits: Company events Health & wellbeing programme On-site parkingSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
