Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and supervise staff effectively . This role is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, fostering a positive work environment , and driving team performance , while also working hands-on in the field on kitchen extract and ventilation cleaning tasks in line with TR19 Grease standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage ductwork cleaning operatives on-site Perform kitchen extract and ventilation duct cleaning Ensure all work meets TR19 Grease specification Complete cleaning reports and job documentation Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness on site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Essential Requirements Full UK Clean driving licence Proven experience in a supervisory role managing teams within the ventilation industry Previous experience in Grease ductwork ventilation cleaning Experience completing reports to TR19 Grease specification TR19 Grease Hygiene Training Certificate (or similar) Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive and confident decision-maker Comfortable working at height and performing physical tasks Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required Flexible with working hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) Desirable (Not Essential): CSCS Card Asbestos Awareness Certificate What We Offer 14.75 per hour. Minimum 40 hours (paid) guaranteed per week (based on a standard 5-day working week).
