The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including hotels and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in hotels or commercial buildings. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Assist with additional tasks as required, including light cooking duties when necessary. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
