The successful candidate will be leading and overseeing all core operational functions to support the growth of the business. The Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment across all operational departments, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and keeping a consistent purpose. By coordinating activities and setting shared priorities, the role ensures that every functionfrom supply chain to warehousing, repair, and systemsworks seamlessly together towards common business objectives.This role will drive lean, data-led processes and continuous improvement across all areas, with particular ownership of tool kitting delivery and cost-saving initiatives. Strong cross-functional management experience across distribution, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and service delivery. Experience supporting operational functions through periods of business growth, scale-up, or organisational change.
