This is a full-time role with a varied mix of office-based and on-site responsibilities, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Youll be responsible for managing the full event cycle from initial consultation to post-event collections ensuring our couples enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience while delivering beautifully styled events every time.Key Responsibilities:Office & Sales: Handling incoming enquiries and bookings via phone and email Conducting consultations with couples to design their wedding styling Following up with potential clients and converting leads into bookings Taking deposits and final payments, and managing booking paperworkPlanning & Coordination: Contacting couples to schedule appointments and confirm event details Preparing and pulling styling elements according to job sheets Managing timelines and ensuring event-specific logistics are in placeEvent Delivery: Leading the team on event styling setups at venues Overseeing collections and breakdowns after events Ensuring all items are accounted for and returned to the warehouse/showroom Maintaining high standards of care, presentation, and organisationWhat Were Looking For: Proven experience in events, wedding coordination, or a similar client-facing role Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working weekends and some evenings as part of a flexible rota A creative eye for styling and detail Strong leadership skills able to confidently lead a team on-site Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks A full UK driving licence requiredJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: 25,000.00-28,500.00 per yearBenefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parkingSchedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Every weekend Flexitime Weekend availabilityWork Location: In personReference ID: Events Manager
