Paid Enhanced DBS for all support worker roles 30 Days holiday per year (including bank holidays) for all support worker roles Waterproof coat and boots up to the value of 100 Food and drinks provided to all support workers while on shift Simply Health scheme providing access to dedicated councillors and funding towards eye care, dental treatment and prescription costs.
