Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multifaceted venue, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer experiences. Lead, inspire, and manage a large team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture. Ensure adherence to all company standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Monitor and manage stock levels, financial performance, and operational efficiency to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with senior management to implement new initiatives, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and revenue. Act as a key point of contact for resolving customer inquiries or issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a management role within high-volume hospitality venues. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a large team.
